MORE Opera is honored to showcase its amazing talent. Steve Weir is our October 2020 Artist of the Month. A self-described renaissance man, Steve is interested in all aspects of creating art, including singing, acting, guitar, audio/video production, writing and many other areas of the fine arts.
Steve has sung in Aida, Tosca, Turandot, The Uprising of the Warsaw Ghetto and was a soloist in Masada, and is a video producer for all of MORE Opera’s virtual concerts in 2020. Click here to see Steve's "America the Beautiful" video.
The above lyrics were inspired by a drawing technique called "Blind Contour Drawing" in which you're not allowed to look down at your paper while drawing your subject.
